August, 14th 2007:Education and introduction to job market
The Germano Chincherini Foundation, in cooperation with other private and Kenyan organizations, started a project to introduce some unemployed young people and some members of families in need to hotel industry in Kenya.This hotel school will be held from November 6th, 2007 to December 22nd, 2007 at the Hotel San Pietro in Limone sul Garda and from December 23rd, 2007 to January 25th, 2008 at the Parc Hotel in Castelnuovo.
The young boys and girls are divided into 3 departments and they will follow training courses regarding cooking, working in the restaurant and room cleaning. Back in Kenya, they will be employed in high class hotels in Diani Beach, and after a short training period, they will be definitely hired. The Germano Chincherini Foundation will provide financial support and, besides all flights, will get also the papers, passports and visa and arrange for clothing, food and teaching equipment .
